Happy New Year!  High School Choice forms for all St. George resident high school students are due the end of this month.

Please complete and submit the documents listed below by Friday, January 31

  • High School Choice Form
  • Proof of Residency Form

High School Choice Forms can be completed and submitted online (http://www.stgeorgemsu.org/high-school-choice).  Please note that the Proof of Residency Form requires the signature of a Town Office employee.  All documents are available on the St. George MSU website or can be picked up at the St. George School. The documents can be mailed to the school; dropped off at the school with Jan Letourneau, School Administrative Assistant; or emailed to Beth Giggey, District Administrative Assistant (e.giggey@stgeorgemsu.org).
