St. George Conservation Commission recognizes student work on Alewives

The St. George Conservation Commission recently wrote Alison England, our middle level science teacher, to acknowledged the acceptance of the two Alewife reports written and submitted by last year’s 8th grade.

On behalf of the Commission, Ken Oelberger concluded the letter writing, “The Saint George School engagement with the Town has created a win-win situation.  Students get the benefits of learning about important topics affecting their Town and the Town gets needed help and support in addressing related pressing issues. Congratulations on a job well done.  We look forward to future collaborations with you and your students.
